Aunt Kay's Peach Tea

Aunt Kay's Peach Tea

“Imagine a delicious glass of summer iced tea.

Take a long cool sip. Listen to the ice crackle and clink.

Is the glass part full or part empty?

Take another sip.

And now?”

― Vera Nazarian, The Perpetual Calendar of Inspiration

This is literally the easiest recipe in the world, yet it is crazy good!

2 Simple Ingredients

My sister-in-law introduced our family to this peach tea, and since then, we've shared it with hundred of people. We serve it at football gatherings, for holiday gatherings, and my Angel Girl has even taken it to school for class parties on many occassions.

We keep the two — that's right...only 2 — ingredients on hand in the pantry at all times, so I can mix up a pitcher in a flash 🍑

Aunt Kay's Peach Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2-Liter Ginger Ale
  • 1 Pitcher Pack Crystal Light Peach Iced Tea Drink Mix

Two ingredients for Aunt Kay's Peach Tea

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve drink mix powder in a small jar by adding about 2 ounces of water and shaking vigorously.
  2. Combine drink mix with ginger ale (slowly to control fizz) and stir gently.
  3. Serve over ice.

That's it! And it's fabulous!!

With love and hugs,
