Introducing the BACK OF THE BARN quilt block 🧵 Imagine an afternoon drive through country roads — maybe right outside Green Hills — on a crisp winter day. Snow patches reflect the sun’s golden rays, horses frolic in the pastures, and every barn boasts a beautiful quilt block, painted in bold, vibrant colors.

That vision is my inspiration for Back of the Barn, a traditionally pieced house block with a twist: it features a staple on many barns across America. The barn quilt can be a miniature version of any block; this pattern uses the Road to Oklahoma with holiday fabrics from AGF Studio’s 2025 “Christmas in the Cabin” collection.
